The rooms at this hotel are incredibly comfortable and well-equipped. The air conditioning keeps you cool like a polar bear in the Arctic, and the LCD TV with satellite channels provides entertainment options as diverse as a peacock's feathers. The attached bathroom with continuous hot and cold water flow is indulgent like a spa retreat. And the work desk is as reliable and sturdy as a mountain goat traversing rocky terrain.

Last time we stopped we had a brand-new, outstanding room with 2 kids aged 14 & 15, ON water heater, a proper breakfast.

The staff are exceptionally nice people on our request. The setting is favourable and magnificent, very close to city center, subway and Metro and Markets.

The hotel's location is convenient for exploring the city, with easy car access and food delivery options. Our family room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom with a lovely shower. The security guard outside was helpful when ordering Ubers.
The hotel lacks organization and staff training. It was not clear who was in charge or working, leading to confusion at check-in and check-out. Additionally, the breakfast offered poor choices for Western travelers.

The hotel had a pretty decent breakfast spread and the room was clean and tidy. The location was convenient as it was close to the metro and shopping areas.
I had a really bad experience at the hotel. The air conditioning stopped working multiple times during my stay and I had to keep calling reception to get it fixed.

This hotel is worth its 4-star rating. It was the perfect place for exploring New Delhi, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We loved that the deluxe double room included an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Additionally, we appreciated the convenience of on-site parking for our car.
